Lawsuits Filed by Members Claiming Park Land Through Adverse Possession
To our valued members:
Please take a moment to review the three lawsuits, presented here, that were brought against the MBPH, Inc. by members. The plaintiffs in these lawsuits are claiming adverse possession to MBPH, Inc park property. The board of directors has recently sent out a letter through the USPS to postal addresses of members that are on file. You should receive those letters in the days to come. With access to Lake Koshkonong for swimming and recreation, it is a place where members become friends, and a strong sense of community thrives. As the Maple Beach Property Holders Association, we aim to make our park the heart of our neighborhood.
